Pay Range - $2,180 to $2,500
Responsible for overseeing the processing of invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds. They also play a role in optimizing payment processes, resolving vendor issues, and maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Controller/Accounting Manager
Pay Range - $4,000 to $6,500
Responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing internal controls. They play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing audits, and providing financial insights to support organizational decision-making.
Payroll Support/Manager
Pay Range - $2,180 to $2,750
Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, managing payroll-related tasks such as tax compliance and benefit deductions, addressing payroll inquiries, and staying updated on relevant regulations. They play a crucial role in maintaining payroll accuracy and confidentiality while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Pay Range - $3,500 to $6,000
IIncludes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Ensuring financial goals align with overall business objectives, monitoring performance, and communicating financial trends to key stakeholders.
Fractional Chief Financial Officer
Pay Range - Varies based on need of client
Responsible for providing part-time financial leadership to businesses. Their duties include financial strategy, risk management, financial planning, and overseeing financial operations. They help optimize financial performance and guide decision-making to enhance overall business success.
Senior BookKeeper
Pay Range - $3,000 to $4,500
In a support role, meticulously records financial transactions, maintains accurate records, and generates essential reports for decision-making , end of month reconciliations and generating financial statements . They oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and compliant payments.Will be collaborating with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation. Proficient in accounting technology, they contribute to a cohesive finance team, streamlining processes and optimizing workflows for efficient financial management.
