Vulnerability Management
Our workstations, laptops, and servers are scanned every 4 hours to detect vulnerabilities hackers may use to break into the network. Firewalls are scanned daily for external vulnerabilities.
Security Risk Assessment
SupportDDS undergoes a cybersecurity risk assessment annually with Black Talon's security analysts to evaluate any new potential risks in our operations, and also assess if prior known risks have been addressed.
Penetration Testing
Twice yearly, ethical hackers assume the role of a cybercriminal to attempt to breach our external environment — using frameworks including NIST, OWASP, and MITRE ATT&CK — identifying weaknesses before malicious actors can exploit them.
Cybersecurity Awareness Training
All associates must periodically complete cyber awareness training modules, including GDPR training through the Black Talon Academy — covering social engineering, phishing, malware, and device safety.

Black Talon utilises the latest AI technology to identify malicious code and potential digital intrusions to our network — monitored 24/7 by credentialed security engineers.
