As the Director of Client Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our client success department. Your primary objective will be to drive client satisfaction through the client lifecycle, strengthen relationships, and foster client loyalty. You will lead a team of dedicated client success partners to deliver world-class client experiences, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • The role is U.S. based and fully remote.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the onboarding and integration process.
  • Act as the primary and strategic point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns with ongoing reviews at defined cadences.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with intentional focus on high value clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement client relations strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to client relations.
  • Communicate client needs and feedback internally to drive service and relationship improvements.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for client business reviews and internal senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of client success partners.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and facilitate development.
